May Term Dates

February 20, 2013: $2,700 deposit was due together with all forms, with the exception of The Cell Phone Information and Consent Form, and, The Medical Self Report and Physician's Form.

March 12: If not already submitted, The Medical Self Report and Physician's Forms were due.

March 20: The final amount of the program fee was due ($5,900 minus deposit and minus financial aid, if applicable).

April 10: The Cell Phone Information and Consent Form was due.

Meetings For All Accepted Students:

First Meeting of all Accepted Students to The May Term Program 2013: Tuesday, April 2, 2013 from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m.at Clark University (Grace Room, University Center)

Second Meeting of all Accepted Students: Wednesday, April 17 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at The College of The Holy Cross (Dinand Library, Levis Browsing Room, basement)

Social Meeting with students from the May Term 2011 and 2012: Monday, April 22, starting at 6:30 p.m. LEEP Center/Dana Commons Clark University, first floor.

Flight Dates:

Monday, May 20, 2013: May Term 2013 Group Departure from Boston to Luxembourg over Munich/Germany. Arrival in Europe on May 21.

Friday, June 14, 2013: May Term 2013 Group Return to Boston from Luxembourg (over Munich/Germany).
