Pricing of Equipment and Services*
*(Effective June 1, 2007)
Media Services has a variety of equipment that can be reserved, media available for purchase, and services to offer. There are three tiers of pricing associated with these offerings:

Delivery services are not required for most equipment. If you would like to pickup and setup your reserved equipment to save labor and/or delivery costs, you may do so in most cases. See our regular business hours.

Equipment for Reservation
Equipment reservation charges are per day. They do not include delivery, setup/breakdown, and/or an equipment operator. See the Labor Pricing for those rates.

In posters that graphics/text/backgrounds exceed approximately 30% ink coverage an ink surcharge may apply. Ink surcharges generally start at $5.00 and are calculated based on coverage and poster size. Please don't hesitate to contact an Academic Technologist if you would like specific information about how ink surcharges might apply to your poster.

Proctoring/Delivery may be required for use of these rooms/resources.

*The laptop cart has limited availability, it is not available for reservation for regular class meetings (i.e. every class session) for those types of requests one of the computer labs on campus should be reserved.
^^Access will be granted via a passphrase that will be unique to the event and will be provided to the event sponsor to manage (i.e. it will be up to him/her to communicate to their event guests how to connect to Clark’s wireless network during their stay). This service requires at least 10 business day notice to set up and configure.
