Instruction and Usage Guidelines
How the System Works
The creation of content for display on CUBBS is the responsibility of the group/organization presenting the information to the campus community (see Submission Guidelines and Helpful Hints for Composing Messages for information about creating digital slides).
A moderator will then review the content and proposed submission dates and will either approve the bulletin or let the sponsor know why it was not approved. Once your submission has been approved, it will display as part of the rotation on the CUBBS displays. If not approved, the sponsor will be informed of any corrections needed.
Information Technology Services and University Marketing & Communications reserve the right to address concerns or make suggestions related to CUBBS content in an effort to reinforce the brand and mission of the University.
