Training Offerings
Hands-on Banner Navigation and Data Entry Training
Hands-on Banner Navigation and Data Entry training is held one Monday each month. General navigation of Banner is covered including the use of icons, the menu system, and drop-down menus. Clark University Data Entry Standards are also discussed. Training is held in the ITS Training Room on the third floor of 22 Downing Street. Banner Navigation and Data Entry training is not strictly reserved for new staff members. Veteran users who would like to refresh their Banner skills are encouraged to attend.
Self-Serve Finance Training
Basic training on budget queries in CU Web, the new Self-Service Finance tool. Training is held in the ITS Training Room on the third floor of 22 Downing Street. This training is for all staff or faculty members with Budget Responsibilities.
