Your Clark OneCard is your official University identification card and also serves a number of other important functions for you. Your OneCard stores information that allows it to function as an access card to secure campus locations; library card; cash card; vending machine purchase card; and meal plan utilization card. The OneCard can also often save you money on admission to cultural, athletic, and entertainment events.
The OneCard is made of a hard plastic similar to a standard credit/debit card or driver’s license. The front of the card displays the identification information and the back has magnetic stripe that store the demographic information as well as other important data.
The Clark OneCard remains valid for the entire time that you are at student at Clark. It is important to keep the card both secure and in good condition.
First year students should submit a high quality digital photograph or passport picture on line prior to arriving on campus. All photos submitted on line must be a close up, color, face forward picture. No hats, sunglasses, bandanas, scarves, inappropriate facial gestures, black and white images and no hands near your face. In general it will be helpful to keep in mind that the photo requirements are similar to those for a drivers license or a passport picture.
To submit a photo on line just go to www.clarku.edu/intranet/photoid and login with your Clark computer account username and password.
Your assigned identification number is used for computer network access, meal plan and cash card programs, and in the library.
If you lose your OneCard, you may request a replacement card in the OneCard Office. There is a $15.00 replacement fee which may be paid for with cash, check, or charged to your student account. For security purposes your Clark OneCard changes on each issue. Old cards cannot be reactivated if they are found at a later date.
