Johnson Hall
Johnson Hall is one of four halls designated
as a mixed class hall. Johnson Hall houses 160 students in a variety of
room configurations, and is located in the Fuller Quadrangle along Florence
Street on the north side of campus, and is only a minute walk from the the Kneller
Athletic Center, the Goddard Library, Estabrook Hall, the Little Center, and the
Wright, Dodd, and Sanford Residence Halls. Johnson Hall is also within a
quick walk of the campus center, including the Higgins University Center, Atwood
Hall, Jonas Clark Hall, Jefferson Hall, and the Bullock Residence Halls.
Johnson Hall Facilities: Johnson Hall features shared common space, including
a large social lounge on the basement level, laundry facilities, and a variety
of kitchens, semi-private, and private bathrooms. Johnson Hall Suites and
Rooms: Johnson Hall incorporates a variety of single, double, and triple
rooms both in and outside of suites. Rooms in suites share a private
bathroom and common area. Other rooms share semi-private
bathrooms and shared kitchens. There are 64 doubles, 26 singles, and 2
triples in Johnson. Of those, 28 doubles and 1 triple are located
within suites. Almost all rooms are unique in shape and size, but regardless of layout each room is
equipped with beds and mattresses (extra
long twins; 36” x 84”), desks, chairs, bookshelves, built in closets, and window
drapes.
Also provided is telephone, cable, and high speed internet
service. Please note: because of the variety of room size and shapes in
Johnson Hall, we can not provide specific room dimensions.
