Housing Lottery
Room Selection
Housing Selection consists of the five processes listed at the left.  Which process is best for you depends on your current housing assignment, your future housing needs, and your interest level in the various housing options available.  Please read the information provided here to help you decide which process fits your needs best.  For complete details about Lottery and Housing Selection, download and print the 2008 Housing Selection Guide.

Single/Double/Triple Room Selection

Single/Double/Triple Room Selection is for students interested in relocating to a new single, double, or triple room on campus for the 2008-2009 academic year.  To apply for Single/Double/Triple Room Selection, please login to your My Lottery account.

Deadline: March 31, 2008

The Single/Double/Triple Room Selection Process allows residents the opportunity to relocate to another building or house for the 2008-2009 academic year without having to locate a large group of students to sign up with. Students must fill the room they intend to sign into and all students in the group must complete their Housing Selection process paperwork in order to be eligible to participate.  All members of the room must be present or have a proxy form on file in order to select a space the night of Housing Lottery.

Each student participating in the Single / Double / Triple Room Selection process must complete the following:

  1. Fill out all paperwork for selection using My Lottery.
  2. Submit their printed output forms to the RLH Office by March 31, 2008.

  3. Locate who you would like to live with (if applicable).

  4. Come to Lottery Night April 9th prepared to select a suite or apartment. All members must be present to select a space or you must have a proxy form on file indicating permission to select an assignment for an absent student.

Please note: Any student who requests a double or triple must have a roommate. Double and Triple rooms will only be given to pairs or groups of students. This is intended to maintain empty rooms open for roommate pairs to select together. If you have not chosen a roommate you will not be able to choose a room and will go on the waitlist for housing.
