This mentoring program highlights the professional and civic opportunities present in the city of Worcester to students who are considering making Worcester their home. Mentors volunteer their time to students over a four month period and provide support in career development, civic engagement, and networking.
Students in their sophomore and junior year are matched to professionals from a variety of career fields based on a competitive application and selection process that seeks to identify students who will add to the thriving, diverse workforce of our community
