Department Internship Listings

Many academic departments and concentrations maintain lists of internship opportunities.  Several also send out listings to students in the department via email. 
If you do not receive these emails, check with the administrative assistant in the department.

Art History has a list of local art galleries and museums as well as alumni artwork.  

Biochemistry and Molecular Biology has a couple of opportunities listed. Office of Sponsored Programs and Research provides information on individual research/funding.  Volunteer opportunities are listed on the prehealth site.  

Bioinformatics has a searchable job and internship database.

Chemistry recommends that students check the bulletin board in the Chemistry office for opportunities that are sent to the department by employers. 

Communications and Culture lists recent internship locations.  

Economics provides resources and information about internships and research opportunities. 

Environmental Science has an internship page where previous internships are listed.  

Geography lists undergraduate research funding opportunities.

Global Environmental Studies lists employers that take interns for research and active learning opportunities.

Government and International Relations links to the Washington Center Internship Program and the Harrington Fellowship.

History department sends out a newsletter that has information about research opportunities.

Holocaust and Genocide Studies keeps an extensive list of opportunities on the Career Services Blog.  There are also profiles of student research and internship experiences on the department website.

International Development and Social Change has a careers and internships page along with advice for finding internships. 

International Studies Stream maintains a list of past internship sites. 

Physics has a list of undergraduate research opportunities on its site.

Psychology has information on undergraduate research opportunities.

Screen Studies has internship and study abroad/away information on its site.

Urban Development and Social Change internship opportunities and summer fellowships are listed on their site.
