Drop-in hours
If you have quick questions or would like your resume critiqued, please come to our drop-in hours from 12-4 p.m. M-F located on the second floor of Dana Commons. During those hours you can meet with one of our Graduate Assistants for 10-15 minutes, no appointment necessary.

Vickie Cox-Lanyon

Interim Director of Career Services / Graduate School Adviser

Vickie is serving as the interim director of Career Services as the office transitions to the LEEP (Liberal Education and Effective Practice) model of service delivery. She holds a BA in Psychology from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and an MS in School Psychology from the University of Rhode Island. Vickie worked as a school psychologist in a public school system before making a career change. She has been at Clark for 15 years providing career and academic guidance to students and alumni throughout their career development process. Vickie believes that self-assessment is the key to finding a career where you can "do what you like and like what you do!"

Barbara Zerillo

Barbara graduated from Clark University in 2006 with a double major in Psychology and Spanish. As an undergraduate she worked in Career Services and as a Leader and Coordinator for Clark’s alternative outdoor orientation program (Clark TREK). Barbara also completed two semesters abroad in Spain and Scotland. After graduation, she went on to work at Big Brothers Big Sisters in Worcester and matched mentors with local school children. She completed her Master’s degree in Public Administration at Clark in 2007, and then spent two years in Taiwan teaching English and studying Mandarin Chinese. Prior to returning to Clark Barbara spent time working as a mental health counselor in her home state of New Hampshire. She joined the Career Services Office in September 2011 focused on Employer Relations and career advising. Barbara is passionate about helping Clarkies transfer their unique skills and experiences into exciting careers.

Lee Goldstein

Assistant Director/Internship Coordinator

After graduating with a B.A. in Sociology from Brandeis University, Lee worked in development for Lasell College in Newton, MA, before returning to school and completing her M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Lee then joined the Human Resources staff at Mount Ida College in Newton, MA, and served as an adjunct faculty member where she taught courses in sociology, child development, and the first-year seminar. Lee joined the Clark community in 2010 and oversees the Clark Career Exploration Program (CCEP) and the academic internship program, and advises students on developing the competencies and tools necessary to conduct effective job and internship searches.

Alexis Bazoukas

Alexis joined Career Services in 2008. She returned to her hometown after spending a few years living and working in New York City. After graduating with a double degree in Communications and Theatre from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island, Alexis moved to NYC where she worked in TV, Film & Theatrical Production. In the Fall of 2011, she received her Masters of Science in Professional Communications at Clark University. Alexis manages the Clark Recruiter database and is responsible for the marketing of Career Services events.

Susan Priest

Office Manager

Prior to joining the Career Services Team at Clark, Susan was the co-owner and operator of a small unique baking company that began by catering to small private parties and eventually expanded to include some of the finest restaurants in the Worcester area. Before starting her own company Susan worked as an administrative coordinator in the Training & Education division for a locally owned private software company and also the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy. Susan will use her organizational and administrative skills to oversee the daily operation of the office, to ensure that the Career Services staff can focus their attention on the individual internship and career needs of each Clark student.
