Clark's Career Exploration Program
CCEP offers students an opportunity to get an early start on their career explorations, beginning with their freshman year. CCEP is an umbrella of activities, which will provide you with useful resources and help you develop skills to compete effectively in today’s marketplace.

Components of CCEP

Self Assessment
You will meet with counselors to identify careers that combine a high degree of interest with a high degree of skill to best ensure career satisfaction and happiness.

Individual Career Counseling
Trained professional counselors are available to discuss your career plans.

Career Fairs
A fall career fair is held on campus and the Colleges of Worcester Consortium conducts a large employer event every spring.

On Campus Recruiting for Full-Time Jobs
Seniors can interview for entry-level jobs in a variety of career fields.

On Campus Internship Recruiting
You can participate in on-campus recruiting for internships as early as sophomore year.

Alumni Career Panels
Career Services sponsors alumni career panels, which allow you to hear the experiences of alumni in particular fields. Each panel is dedicated to one specific liberal arts area, and you can ask career-related questions.

Networking Events
A variety of on- and off-campus networking events are held every year, such as the alumni/ student networking event on campus and various regional networking events that link you with alumni in a structured setting.

Career Development Workshops
These workshops deal with resume and cover letter writing, interviewing, networking, negotiating and applying for internships and graduate schools. Specific workshops target all stages of the job search process.
