Post a Job or Internship & Participate in Recruiting at Clark
If you have a job or internship that is targeting current students or alumni, you can post it in our web-based system called the Clark Recruiter. To access the Clark Recruiter, please go to https://clarku-csm.symplicity.com/ and register for an employer account. Your account will be reviewed within one business day and you will receive a notice when it is approved.
Informational Interviews/Mentoring
We encourage students connection with alumni for informational interviews, and/or mentoring. Our students’ interests and
geographic goals are far-reaching, and we make every effort possible to facilitate appropriate
connections for them. Most students are a bit intimidated about contacting someone they don't know
for career advice. Examples of career
mentoring include: a one-time phone conversation, an on-going supportive
coaching relationship, being shadowed for a day, or looking over a resume.
Typically, it means sharing advice and information about your career field
and/or geographic area.
Career Services relies on your updated profile in the
Alumni Online Community
to search for appropriate mentors. Clark seniors and all alumni also have access
to this resource. Increasingly, students and alumni are using
LinkedIn as
a further resource to connect with fellow Clarkies. Please consider joining the
Clark
University Alumni Networking Group on LinkedIn. If you are new to
LinkedIn and would like to learn more about it, check out the
LinkedIn Learning
Center.
Career Panels
Our office organizes many career panels throughout the year. These events often feature Clark alumni that come to campus to share information about their career paths and companies.
