Clark University converted to electronic billing (e-Bill) in June 2011. All current students have access to view semester invoices and monthly billing statements online through CU Web. Parents, or other third parties, who need to view your bill must be established as an authorized third party on your account. An email message will be sent to the student's Clark email and the email address entered for third party authorizations whenever an e-Bill is available to be viewed.

With peerTransfer, you are offered excellent foreign exchange rates, allowing you to pay in your home currency (in most cases) and save a significant amount of money, as compared to traditional banks. All of your student information is captured by peerTransfer, so when your payment is receieved it will be properly credited to your account in a timely manner, You will also be notified via email when your payment is received by Clark University.
To initiate a payment, click here to enter the peerTransfer website.
If you would like to make a wire transfer payment, please contact your Student Account Counselor for instructions. We encourage you to use the more cost effective online ACH option.
For questions about your student account, please call Student Accounts using the chart below. The Student Accounts Office fax number is 508-793-7500. Each student is assigned a counselor based on their last name as follows:
You will be billed by semester. The fall semester is billed in June; the spring semester is billed in November. The total Clark University bill will be approximately $44,450.00 (for residential students), but this does not include personal expenses, books and supplies. You may not enroll in classes at Orientation until your bill is paid, so be sure your payment is prompt. A $50 late fee, as well as 1% interest per month, will be assessed to all accounts not paid by the bill due date.
Inquiries regarding late payment fees may be resolved after the account has been settled. Late fee disputes can be reviewed only if a written petition has been received by your student account counselor. The petition should include the student's name and ID number, the term the late fee was charged, and the circumstances to be reviewed.
