- Purchase professional business attire for future career events and/or interviews.
- Participate in an externship/job shadowing opportunity.
- Seek internships related to academic major.
- Search for on campus employment.
- Begin to build a professional network.
- Search out volunteer opportunities.
- Prepare a personal portfolio with examples of writings or projects.

- Make an appointment with Health Services for care and treatment for acute illnesses and minor injuries.
- Get your free flu shot during the fall flu shot session.
- Schedule an appointment with Counseling Services for assistance in achieving emotional well-being necessary to success.
- Take advantage of the Bickman Fitness Center facilities and classes.
- Join a personal growth group at the Counseling Center.
- Visit the Health Education site to learn about specific issues that you or a friend may have.
- Download breathing and relaxation techniques.
