About the conferenceThe Millennium Leadership Conference is designed to cultivate the inherent leadership qualities of college students who identify as ALANA. Through a series of workshops and presentations, participants are challenged to assess their own experiences on college campuses from a personal and broader perspective. This assessment then leads to an exploration of how each student can play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of his or her campus, and more importantly, how that will translate into a fulfilling college experience. Beyond addressing social aspects of the college experience, the Millennium Leadership Conference also aims to provide attendees with a forum to network with professionals who will provide them with pertinent information regarding career opportunities. |
