This class is appropriate for beginning or intermediate practitioners, and will be taught by Anne Bissanti. The class is open to students for $7 per class and staff and faculty for $10 per class ($13 for drop-in). To sign up for the class, e-mail khartnett@clarku.edu.
Hatha Yoga is a traditional, time-tested mode of relaxation and exercise. It can relieve stress, help concentration and has whole-body benefits. This is a safe way to workout with a very experienced teacher. It will be geared toward anyone, beginner to intermediate. Participants will need a yoga mat or blanket, although there are usually spares available, if needed. Many health plans now reimburse for yoga classes.
