Every Thursday, a 45-minute meditation will be held from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m. in the second-floor lounge (Fish Bowl) of Dana Commons. We will sit for 20 minutes, do five minutes of walking meditation, and sit for another 20 minutes. Beginners are welcome. You are also welcome to come for only one of the 20-inute sittings if you can't stay for 45 minutes.
