Two locations in Southborough and Worcester — Your future, Your schedule

Our MS in Accounting program is structured so that you can earn your degree on the schedule that makes sense for you. Part-time, working professionals can achieve their degree within two to three years. With evening courses offered both in Worcester and our Southborough campus, we have structured the program to ensure that you are quickly and efficiently completing all the requirements you'll need to be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Enjoy flexible course options

Choose among evening classes, day classes, and accelerated classes offered during winter and spring breaks. Part-time students may enroll in just one or several courses depending on what suits their schedules best. You will take 10 - 12 classes, which means all of the time you spend in class is put towards learning the expertise you will need in the industry.

Apply without taking the GMAT or GRE

For part-time applicants with 3 or more years of professional work experience, submission of GMAT or GRE scores is optional.

Be ready for the CPA Exam

Clark's accounting program is Level 1 approved by the Board of Public Accountancy, Division of Professional Licensure, which means graduates automatically satisfy the education requirement to sit for the CPA exam in Massachusetts.

Collaborate with a community of experts

The only school in Central Massachusetts to offer an MSA program, Clark University gives working professionals as well as full-time students the opportunity to complete the program at their own pace, share their perspectives, and learn from one another in small, convenient evening classes. Accredited by AACSB International — a designation shared by fewer than 5% of business schools worldwide — Clark's Graduate School of Management ensures a quality curriculum, exceptional support services, and a top-ranked faculty. And through Clark's partnerships with area businesses, MSA students take advantage of close contacts and networking opportunities with professionals throughout the region.
