We are very glad you have decided to enroll at Clark! Please use the following information as a step-by-step guide to completing all of the steps you need to do prior to arriving on campus.

Step 1: Fill out the Enrollment Reply Form
The first step to enrolling in any graduate program is to notify us of your intentions through our Enrollment Form.
In order to submit the enrollment form, you will need to log in using the credentials established when you started your application.
Step 2: Pay your deposit
Specific instructions for paying your deposit are available by program. Please note that there are slight differences amongst programs, so be sure to select your specific program and follow those instructions closely.
In order to obtain an F-1 Visa to enter the United States as a student, you will need a Form I-20 provided by Clark University. The I-20 certifies to the U.S. Government that you are eligible for the F-1 student status. You must submit your enrollment deposit(s) first before your I-20 is mailed to you.
You will need to provide the following information so that we are able to process your I-20 application:
- International Student Information Sheet
- Bank statements (must be issued within the past six months)
- Signed Affidavit of Support (if the bank statements are not in your name)
- Copy of your passport
You will be able to submit all of these materials by uploading them to your online application account. Alternately, you can mail them to us, but note that international mailings can frequently take significant time. If you choose to mail them to us, please send them to:

It is very important that your package be addressed to the Graduate Admissions Office, to avoid confusion in our mail system.

Step 4: Decide where you will live
Clark offers several different kinds of on-campus housing for graduate students, and we encourage you to live on campus if possible. If you are interested in on-campus housing, you will need to complete several steps, including paying a $1,000 Graduate Housing Deposit in order to reserve a space. Complete instructions for securing on-campus graduate housing are available through the Residential Life and Housing office.
Step 5: Complete required health forms
Massachusetts State Law requires all full-time students who enroll in one of the State's public or private colleges or universities to be immunized against diphtheria, tetanus, measles, mumps and rubella, hepatitis B and meningitis. To ensure that you comply with Massachusetts health requirements, you will need to provide documentiation of your immunization history. We will provide you with the necessary forms in early June, which will need to be completed and returned by July 1, 2014.
Step 6: Submit your final transcript
If you had not completed your undergraduate degree at the time of your application, please send your final official transcripts. We require final official transcripts (and certificate of graduation, if applicable) that show that your undergraduate degree has been awarded. Please keep in mind that your admission to any program is contingent upon receipt of your final official transcript.
Step 7: Complete any prerequisite requirements (MS in Finance students only)
If there are prerequisite courses for the program that you have not completed, you must complete these courses before arriving at Clark.
You will have been notified of this requirement in your admit letter, which will indicate if you have prerequisites to complete. Please send official transcripts from the institutions after completion to the Graduate Admissions office.
