We are very glad you have decided to enroll at Clark! Please use the following information as a guide to completing all of the steps you need to do in transitoning to your graduate program.
If at any point you have questions about enrolling, feel free to contact us for additional assistance.
Step 1: Fill out the Enrollment Reply Form
The first step to enrolling in any graduate program is to notify us of your intentions through our Enrollment Form.
In order to submit the enrollment form, you will need to log in using the credentials established when you started your application.
Step 2: Pay your deposit
Specific instructions for paying your deposit are available by program. Please note that there are slight differences amongst programs, so be sure to select your specific program and follow those instructions closely.
In order to obtain an F-1 Visa to enter the United States as a student, you will need a Form I-20 provided by Clark University. The I-20 certifies to the U.S. Government that you are eligible for the F-1 student status. You must submit your enrollment deposit(s) first before your I-20 is mailed to you.
You will need to provide the following information so that we are able to process your I-20 application:
- International Student Information Form
- Bank statements (must be issued within the past six months)
- Signed Affidavit of Support (if the bank statements are not in your name)
- Copy of your passport
Please submit all of these materials by uploading them to your online application account.
For the next step in the visa process, such as paying your SEVIS fee and scheduling an interview at the nearest US Embassy or Consulate, please read the SEVIS and F-1 Visa Instructions.
Step 4: Decide where you will live
Clark offers several different kinds of on-campus housing for graduate students, and we encourage you to live on campus if possible. If you are interested in on-campus housing, you will need to complete several steps, including paying a $1,000 Graduate Housing Deposit in order to reserve a space. Complete instructions for securing on-campus graduate housing are available through the Residential Life and Housing office.
For students enrolling in the spring: Generally, graduate housing is very limited for spring enrollment. Contact the Residential Life and Housing office for more information.
