Research Interests

Our research focuses on computer simulation of protein folding/misfolding, protein aggregation, and protein-ligand interaction.

 Ongoing projects:

  1. Protein misfolding and amyloid diseases

  2. Study protein folding mechanism using a roadmap-based approach

  Computing resources:

  1. NSF MRI supported AMD cluster with 100-CPUs and myrinet high-performance network.
  2. The National Center for Supercomputing Applications at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
  3. The Scientific Computing and Visualization Group at Boston University.
