Brandon is a Biology/Computer Science major who has worked on several bioinformatics projects in our lab. Brandon implemented several tree visualization packages for the mor project, and he also worked with Janine on Perl script packages that examine patterns of similarity in ribosomal gene sequences of fungi in GenBank.
