Innovation & Entrepreneurship

Welcome to the first day of the rest of your life...

The World is Yours: Turning Passion into a Career

Twice a year, we host a campus-wide event to inspire Clarkies to make their own footprint and invoke change. We’ve hosted world-class social entrepreneurs, emerging business leaders and artists who blaze their own trails. Each shares his or her story with Clark students and faculty.

The World Is Yours 2008-2009

Social Entrepreneurship

The Keynote of this year's The World Is Yours will be given by Michael Brown, Co-founder of City Year. New this year is a job/internship fair with many respected social enterprises in the area. If you are interested in working with a social enterprise, Tilton Hall is the place you want to be on November 3rd between 4:30pm and 6pm. After the Keynote speech we will break up into groups and you will be able to network with successful young social entrepreneurs. Just like last year the networking session will be held like a speed dating session to make sure you are able to meet all the entrepreneurs.

Here are a few of the social entrepreneurs who will be participating: The founders of the Boston Preparatory Charter School, Changents, Seeding Labs, Concepts4Charity, Opportunity Maine and more.
