Ronza Al-Madbouh (IDSC '2014)

Ronza Al-Madbouh (West Bank-Palestine) received her B.A. in English Language and Literature from Bethlehem University in Palestine in 2009. After graduating, she worked as projects coordinator for a Palestinian NGO that focuses on development, human rights and advocacy and lobbying. Since Palestine is under a military occupation, the development process faces many obstacles and difficulties. To contribute to supporting the development process in Palestine and her society, especially women, she wants to pursue her master's in International Development and Social Change. She believes that women can play a great role along with men in development and facing the obstacles that social and economic development goes through.
