Jacqueline Osei-Owusu (IDSC '2013)

Jacqueline Osei-Owusu (Ghana) graduated with a BscMarketing from the Institute of Professional Studies, Legon, Ghana. During undergraduate studies, she was a student leader and youthactivist. She was the President of the Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE-IPS). She was elected Women’s Commissioner (President) of the Student Representative Council in her third year. Jacqui has participated and contributed in many seminars and trainings in different development thematic areas both home and abroad. She did her National Service with CARE International (Gulf of Guinea) and is currently the 1st Vice President for the West African Network of Young Female Leaders. Jacqui is an alumni of IMANI-Center for Policy and Education, a think tank in Ghana, the Foundation for Economic Education (USA), Institute of Humane Studies (USA) and interned with the National Youth Council of Switzerland on the Youth-for-Development Project. Before joining Clark, she was working as a Procurement Assistant at Care International (Ghana). She hopes to be an International Idea Marketer for social change and development with special interests in youth, gender and entrepreneurial and environment issues.
