1. Please describe your present professional position? Please include the URL of your organization.

I work as a Programme Officer at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Rabat, Morocco. I am responsible for the development and management of the biodiversity programme portfolio. For more information, visit our website at www.pnud.org.ma.

2. What do you find satisfying about your position?

That I am able to work with people in rural areas, contribute to alleviating poverty and improve livelihoods.

3. How did the program at Clark University help to prepare you?

I am able to apply what I have learned at Clark in the field.

4. Why should prospective students enroll in the program at Clark University?

Clark gives a wholly dimension to the world, instead of a more sectoral view. The program enables the student to touch various fields and subject and consolidate this knowledge into one objective: development.

5. Did you have an internship as part of your Clark education? If so, how did it help to connect you to your current career?

I had an internship with the organization I am currently working with (UNDP Morocco).

6. What was the topic of your research while at Clark University?

My research focused on the causes for the degradation of the Argan tree (Argania Spinosa).
