As an Adjunct Professor employed by Hewlett Packard as an Attorney and Global Contract Manager responsible for a World wide staff of 10 supporting $9B in transaction, proprietary writings are completed for company use.  Member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, American Bar Association and International Association of Contract Managers and Counsels. 

Background 

This past June represents my thirtieth year working in corporations as an employee, consultant and attorney of Fortune 470 high technology companies that include Hewlett Packard, Compaq Computers and Digital Equipment Corporation.   I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education, Master of Science Degree in Business Management and a Law Degree from New England School of Law.  I am licensed to practice Law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.


Experience 

I have served as Corporate Counsel, Global Procurement Counsel, Global Contracts and Regional Operations Manager and Director. 
HP Experience - I have served as Northeast States Sales Counsel, Americas Sales Counsel and Global Procurement and Contracts Counsel.  I currently serve as Global Contracts Manager responsible for nearly $9B of spend in the areas of Labor, Print, Travel, Research and Development and Sales Support.


College and University Teaching Experience 

I have taught at the college level for more than 20 years at Fitchburg State University, Northeastern University, Clark university and Assumption College.
