Scholarships for Undergraduate Research in ES

Greater Research Opportunities (GRO) program, is offering Greater Research Opportunities (GRO) undergraduate fellowships for bachelor level students in environmental fields of study. The fellowship provides up to $19,250 per year of academic support and up to $8,000 of internship support for a three-month summer period. Click here for more information and how to apply

NERRS WATCH – A New England Climate Change Intern Program is a regional intern program involving the study of climate change in New England. Currently we are looking for undergraduate students as well as recent undergraduates to participate. The number of positions will be based on the quality and variety of research proposals. 2nd Annual Northeast Undergraduate Research Development Symposium (NURDS) This NSF-supported conference promotes "scientific exploration through peer collaboration". Created, organized and run by undergraduate and graduate students, the symposium will provide a comfortable environment for undergraduate students to present their research. Registration will open on November 17. The symposium will be held on April 17, 18 2010 at UNE Biddeford campus in southern Maine.  We look forward to seeing you then! Read more and register
