Through, the different T-test performed confirms that Polychetes are the only species of Meiofauna that is variable from one Bay to the next because of it's P two tail value of 3.46222E-05. Flatworms also showed a slight variance between the two bays with a P two tail value of 0.051379415. Chart 1: Tobacco Bay Results for all the meiofauna in twelve quadrats on the Petri Dish. Showing a particular abundance of Harpacticoid Copepods in comparison to the others. Chart 2:The meiofauna in twelve quadrats on the Petri Dish from Whalebone Bay. This chart shows more of an abundance of polychetes in comparison to chart 2. Chart 3: Averages of the different meiofauna species where compared between the two bays. This chart shows a difference between the means of Harpacticoid Copepods, Flatworms, and Polychetes.
