Upon returning from Bermuda, I decided to change my New England Project to the diversity of plankton, as well.  Nahant, MA and Rye, NH were used for collection sites.  At Nahant, I collected two oceanic samples and at Rye I collected one sample from the ocean and one from a marsh.  I hypothesized that there would be no significant difference in diversity between the oceanic spots, and there would be significant difference in the marsh.  At all of the location I found amphipods, which I had not expected to see and there was much less zooplankton than what I had collected in Bermuda.
