Brady spent five years as the head women’s soccer coach at Anna Maria College, where he was a four-year goalkeeper and team captain for the AMCATS. His coaching prowess led the AMCATS to three Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) finals and a 67-31-5 overall record, establishing the team as one of the top programs in the league. Brady received conference coach-of-the-year honors after leading the team to a school-record 17 wins and the CCC Championship in 1997.

He was a goalkeeper coach for the Massachusetts State Team and has directed the Worcester Youth Soccer Association goalkeeper clinic and Clark’s Soccer Excellence clinics – a goalkeeper session and weeklong training for high school teams. In addition, Brady coached four years for the Inter Soccer Club reaching the State Cup U18 Girls final in 2007 and rejoined the Massachusetts ODP goalkeeper staff in 2008.
In addition to coaching soccer, Brady serves as the Intramural Director. He resides in Worcester, MA with his wife Melissa and 1-year old Keira.
