Men's Tennis Shutout by Wheaton College

WORCESTER, MASS. 04/13/09 - Clark University was shutout by Wheaton College, 9-0, in New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) men's tennis match played Tuesday at Corash Tennis Courts.

Clark falls to 2-6 overall and 0-4 in league play. The Lyons raise their record to 9-5 (3-1 NEWMAC).

Seniors Adam Bisceglia and Socheata Ly both played the closest matches of the day, falling in super tie-breaker sets. Bisceglia dropped a 5-7, 7-5, 10-8 decision at No. 1 singles, while Ly fell, 6-3, 6-7, 10-6 in the fifth slot.

Clark will host Anna Maria College in a non-conference match tomorrow (3:30 p.m.)
