Reunion 2009 Housing
On-Campus Accommodations
Off-Campus Accommodations
Which residence hall
will I be assigned to?
Each reunion class is assigned to a specific hall. Once designated class areas are filled, room assignments are made on a space-available basis.
Where will I pick up
my room assignment?
Your room assignment will be included in your registration packet which you
may pick up at the Registration Desk in the Academic Commons in Goddard
Library.
How do I request to
live with someone or live near someone?
You must both
indicate on your reservations forms who you would like to live with in order to
be assigned to the same room. Alumni
requesting to live near another
alumnus must indicate that name on their reservation form. We cannot always guaranty that we can meet your request to be near other
alumni, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
How do I obtain my
room key if I arrive late?
If you arrive on Friday or Saturday evening after the
registration desk has closed (at 8 p.m.) you may pick up your key at your
residence hall until 10 p.m. There
will be a sign at the registration desk indicating which residence hall you have
been assigned. If you arrive after
10 p.m. you may pick up your keys and room assignment at University Police
located in the basement of Bullock Hall. Maps
will be available from Campus Police to direct you to your residence hall.
Do I need to bring
sheets/towels?
We provide each room occupant with sheets, pillow,
pillowcase, blankets, towels and cups to make your stay more comfortable. Residence Halls are not air conditioned and
there are no private bathrooms. These supplies are not replenished daily. You may wish to bring extra towels, clothes hangers, a portable fan or an
alarm clock.
Are there phones
available in the rooms?
Each room is equipped with a phone, however you must use a
calling card to access an outside line. Instructions
on dialing will be provided in your room.
What if I don’t
want to stay on campus?
Alumni/ae who plan to stay off campus during Reunion

alumnus/alumna of the University to get a special rate.
