This isn't your typical campus housing...

Blackstone Hall opened its doors this fall, welcoming 188 students, primarily juniors and seniors, who were lucky enough to get a room in the most awesome place to live on campus. Sure, everything 's brand new, so that's reason enough to want to live there. But that's not the only reason that it's a "sweet" place to liveāit's suite-style living! (Sorry, I couldn't resist the play on words.)
In Blackstone Hall each spacious apartment features such modern amenities as central air conditioning, full kitchens with dishwashers, and many environmentally friendly features like water-saving utilities (toilets flush up to use less water) and centralized recycling. Each unit houses four to six students in a mix of double and single rooms and a private bathroom. That 's right, for these students, no more trekking down the hall half-asleep in a fuzzy robe and flip-flops to the community bath facilities only to realize you forgot your soap or towel.
But hey, there's no sense reading about Blackstone Hall when you can see it for yourself. Blackstone Hall residents Sal DeMarco '09, Byron Roberts '09 and Peter Normandin '09 have invited you in to take a look.
So check it out...
