Boston: Clark hosted a reception for alumni, parents and friends during the Clark vs. Babson College men’s basketball game on Jan. 10. Rocky Grossack ’81 organized this event. Clark beat Babson, 64-63
Sacramento, Calif.: Alumni gathered at the Firehouse Restaurant on Jan. 23 for dinner with Clark Trustee Jackalyne Pfannenstiel ’69.
Palo Alto, Calif.: Alumni, parents, prospective students and friends gathered on Jan. 24 at the home of Bonnie Goodman and Robert Negrin, parents of Emily Negrin ’08, for a special reception.
San Francisco: The Custom Made Theatre Company preformed Lee Blessing’s “Two Rooms” for alumni, parents and friends at the Off-Market Theater on Jan. 25. The event was hosted by Custom Made Theatre staff members Leah Abrams ’96, executive director; Brian Katz ’94, artistic director; and David Ampola ’93, art director.
Seattle: David Dallaire ’86 and Melinda Chan ’89 hosted alumni, parents, prospective students and friends at the Redmond Marriott Town Center on Jan. 26.
Washington, D.C.: A networking luncheon was held on Feb. 3 for current students at Zed’s Ethiopian Cuisine in Georgetown. The students met with alumni for an inside look at popular careers in Washington, D.C.
Worcester: On Feb. 4, the men’s and women’s alumni basketball teams played a spirited game, followed by a luncheon in the Kneller Athletic Center.
Montreal: Norman Prince ’72 (left) and Barry Lazar ’71 joined Michelle Walmsley, senior assistant director of the Clark Fund, for an alumni dinner on Feb. 12.
Los Angeles: Alumni, parents, friends and prospective students gathered at the Museum of Tolerance on Feb. 13 to hear Simon Payaslian, Clark’s Kaloosdian/Mugar Chair in Armenian Genocide Studies and Modern Armenian History, and take a tour of the museum.
Santa Ana, Calif.: Stephen M. Kubaska III ’87, M.D. hosted Clark and prospective students on Feb. 15 at Antonello Ristorante.
San Diego, Calif.: A reception for alumni, parents, friends and prospective students was held at George’s at the Cove, La Jolla, Calif., on Feb. 16. Bernard Greenspan ’75, Ph.D. hosted the event.
New York City: Students and alumni networked during a luncheon at the American Management Association on Feb. 24. The event was hosted by Clark’s Career Services Office and was sponsored by the Alumni Association.
Boca Raton, Fla.: Irwin Shapiro, Ph.D. ’75 hosted Clark alumni, parents and friends in the Crown Room at the Polo Club Boca Raton on Feb. 28 for cocktails and dinner.
Miami: Clark Trustee Chandler Bailey ’72 hosted a reception for alumni and friends at Chispa Restaurant on March 2.
Tampa, Fla.: Alumni, parents and friends joined President Bassett for brunch at the Treasure Island Tennis and Yacht Club on March 5, hosted by Barbara Rowell M.A.Ed. ’64.
Sarasota, Fla.: Wally Brown ’58 and his wife Joan hosted a reception for alumni, parents and friends at the Peridia Golf and Country Club in Bradenton, Fla., on March 7.
Fort Myers, Fla.: Alumni and parents enjoyed dinner on March 8 at the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Myers with the Clark baseball and softball teams, which were in Florida for the Gene Cusic Collegiate Tournament and the Port Charlotte Invitational.
Chicago: Alumni and friends attended a reception held at Petterino’s Restaurant on March 10. The alumni reception was held in conjunction with the annual Association of American Geographer’s conference.
