What is a Charitable Lead Trust?A Charitable Lead Trust is a gift plan defined by federal tax law that allows you to provide immediate income to Clark for a fixed term of years. How does a Charitable Lead Trust Work?In a Charitable Lead Trust you irrevocably transfer cash, securities, or other property to the trust. During its term, the trust pays a percentage of its value each year or a fixed sum to Clark University.
