Scott, Ronnie, Mark and Emily Zoback
Ronni and Mark Zoback live in Tolland, Connecticut where they moved after going to school together in Brooklyn, New York and deciding that a quiet and less hectic lifestyle was their path. They are administrators in Special Education, being employed by individual school systems and have served on numerous community and statewide committees that have focused upon the educational, social and emotional well being of children. The family dinner table conversations were fully participatory and replete with the tone of justice and fairness.

This environment of open discussion and inclusion led both of their children to attend Clark University. Scott ('04; History with a concentration in Education, M.P.A. '05) chose Clark because of its perceived fit in the social, academic and political domains. The fit became more comfortable through the years and his activity in the school mirrored his passion for Clark. He is currently the Senior Reporter for Worcester Magazine having decided to remain a part of the immediate Clark and Worcester community.

Emily ('08), recognized the comfortable climate, diversity and warmth of Clark in her many visits to the school when Scott was a student. She viewed the academic challenges, the students, the social climate and the wonderfully accessible administration and faculty as a family she very much wanted to be part of. Also involved in a plethora of activities and pursuing a degree in psychology, Emily is woven well into the fabric of a school she was intended to be a part of.

The Parents' Association is a group that has the opportunity to assist the University in their continued success of making our school "right" for as many students and families as possible. Its members are appreciative of the experiences their children have had and look forward to sharing these experiences with new families. We also look forward to supporting the school, students and families in avenues that extend beyond the mere financial (which is very important too), by becoming both professional and personal resources to new and existing members of the Clark community. We bring a wealth of information from many life experiences and disciplines and are motivated to share for the benefit of both students and their families.
