Alumni Faculty Research Endowed Fund in Economics
This fund was established in 2007 to provide support for the conduct of
research, seed money for proposing funding for research, or for the
production of materials associated with the publication or other
distribution of results of research. This may include the funding of travel,
conference fees, the purchase of software or hardware, data acquisition, or
other research related expenditures.

The Ferenc and Ilona (Schulhoff ) Czigler Family Endowed Fund for Graduate Students in Holocaust and Genocide Studies
Celia Schulhoff , Ph.D., who received a bachelor's degree at Clark in 1954, established this fund in 2005 in memory of Ferenc and Ilona Czigler and their children, Phillip, Karoy, Eva and Marika, who perished as a result of the Holocaust. The fund is also dedicated to honor the memory of three family members who survived the Auschwitz concentration camp and were able to renew their adult lives in the United States: Clara Czigler Robzyk; Magda Czigler Klein; and Elisabeth Czigler Weiss. This fund provides a grant to a graduate student in the field of Holocaust and genocide studies. This annual award shall help support expenses for research, travel, interviewing, and other activities associated with such studies.

Dr. Bernard, Class of 1938, and Vera, Class of 1940, Kopelman established this fund in 2005 to provide equipment to support the research activities of the Carlson School of Chemistry & Biochemistry and Physics Department.

MKS Endowment Fund For Student Research in the Field of Holocaust Studies
Established in 2003 by Mildred Suesser, this fund is to be used by the the
Strassler Family Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies to fund annual
awards to one or more students for expenses related to cutting edge research
in the field of Holocaust Studies. In addition, funds may be used to advance
the use of technology in the library.

The Myers Fund was established in 1953 by George E. Myers Ph.D. '06, in appreciation of all that Clark did for him and his wife, to provide assistance to graduate students who are doing research in education and psychology.

Dr. Donald Nelson Endowed Research Fund
In 2007, Shirley Nelson endowed this fund to provide research grants to
undergraduate students who are pursuing studies in Chemistry, Biochemistry
and Molecular Biology. The recipients shall be chosen by the chair of the
Gustaf H. Carlson School of Chemistry. These grants can be a living stipend
for undergraduate researchers during the summer, travel, or other related

Seymour Wapner Endowed Fund for Undergraduate Research
In 2005, alumni, family, colleagues and friends of Seymour Wapner established this fund to support a research fund for undergraduate students majoring in psychology to pursue projects culminating in a presentation on Academic Spree Day. In his more than 50 years at Clark, Seymour Wapner took special pride in encouraging undergraduates to pursue research and to share their work with the Clark community. He also founded Academic Spree Day.
