Welcome to the 7th Floor
What is the Phone Room?
The Phone Room is a call center that allows Clark to stay connected with alumni,
parents and friends. It also serves as a major fundraising tool for the University.
Each academic year, about 15 student callers contact close to 20,000 Clark alumni,
parents and friends in an effort to raise funds that go towards funding scholarships, enhancing programs and recruiting new faculty.
Twenty percent of all money donated to The Clark Fund, comes in via the Phone Room.
What has the Phone Room Done?
Over the years the Phone Room has generated millions of dollars from valuable
Clark alumni, parents and friends.
The Phone Room also keeps alumni connected with Regional Alumni Events sponsored by
Clark's Alumni Association. Clark has strong Regional Communities in Worcester, Boston, New York City, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, South Florida, Los Angeles, Chicago and the San Francisco Bay Area, to name a few.
When will the Phone Room Call Me?
The Fundraising Season kicks off in mid-September and will go until early
December. After Winter Break, the campaign will continue through the
winter months and into the spring, ending in late May.
Where is the Phone Room?
The Phone Room is located on the 7th Floor of the Jefferson Tower, in
the Jefferson Academic Center. (117 steps up from Downing Street!). The hours of operation are
Sundays 1:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. and Monday - Thursday 6:00
p.m.- 9:00 p.m.
