The "UC" is the center of everything at Clark: food, mail, cash, socializing and entertainment. The building houses an ATM machine, student mail boxes, the main dining hall, snack bars and a "night club."
Campus Food
Students can choose from a variety of meal plans—a meal plan is available to all students and is mandatory for all first- and second-year students. Meal plans are made up of two components: all-you-can-eat meals which students get at the dining hall, and dining dollars, which students can use at other campus restaurant locations. In addition to a meal plan, students may also have a Cash Card, which is a declining balance card that can be used in any of Clark's dining facilities:
Café Sodexho
Clark Dining Hall is an all-you-can-eat facility, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food options include a delicatessen; grilled and charbroiled food to order; fresh pasta; international fare; vegetarian meal choices; and salad bars with breads and soups.

Higgins Bistro
The "Bistro" is an a-la-carte facility and coffee house with continuous service all day -- serving various coffee specialties, fresh deli sandwiches, salads and cooked-to-order food. Every day, the "Bistro" and the University Center is open late night, offering a study break of foods such as pizza, calzones and other snacks.
The Grind
The Grind is an on-campus "club" open every night until 2:00 a.m. which hosts live bands, djs and dancing and houses pool, ping-pong and air-hockey tables.
The Student Lounge
The Student Lounge area is a spot where students can meet up, watch something on the big screen TV's, access computers and hang out on the outdoor patio.
