Step 1.

Complete the Application

Your application to Clark includes the following

  • First-Year Application
  • Clark University Supplement
  • Early Decision Agreement
  • Secondary School Report*
  • Teacher Evaluation Form*
  • Home School Supplement (if applicable—only available on Common Application site)

*Please print out the secondary school report and teacher evaluation forms from either the Universal or Common Application Web site (see below), complete your portion, and then give them to your college counselor and a teacher in an academic subject area.

Your college counselor will submit the secondary school report along with an official high school transcript which will give us a picture of your high school career. Your teacher evaluation must be from a teacher in a traditional academic area such as mathematics, science, foreign language, English, social science or an academic elective.

You can submit your application online OR on paper.

Send Us Your Scores

If for some reason you didn't tell the SAT or ACT people to send us your scores when you took the test, please contact the relevant organization and ask them to send us your scores as soon as possible.

Pay the Application Fee of $55

Choose ONE method of payment

  • Pay online through the Common Application or Universal Application Web site.
  • Pay with a credit card by submitting our Charge Authorization Form.
  • Send a check made out to “Clark University” to the Admissions Office address at the top of this page.
  • Submit an official fee waiver to the Admissions Office address at the top of this page.
