Meet with students who are interested in considering applying to Clark University. Clark Conversations are designed to give students a personalized insight into the Clark undergraduate experience. The objective of the conversation is to provide a prospective student with the opportunity to share his or her background, interests, academic priorities and passions with a member of the Clark community. The Clark representative, in turn, will share impressions of the Clark experience that will allow the student to develop a sense of whether s/he would find Clark to be a good match. The focus of the dialogue should be on identifying connections between the student’s college aspirations and the unique features of a Clark undergraduate experience.
The Clark Conversation Initiative will begin in early fall and continue through February. Although our preference is that students and alumni representatives meet face to face, we are going to introduce the use of Skype as an option this year. Using Skype will make it possible for us to broaden the participation of alumni and extend our outreach to students in areas where we do not have APAP members.
