What is Blackboard?
Blackboard is Clark's online virtual classroom used by students and faculty. Students can use their password- protected login name to access Blackboard. Once logged in, students can view all the courses for which they are registered and enter each's "virtual classroom." Using Blackboard, students have the ability to:
- View course assignments
- View course syllabi
- Contact professors and classmates
- View images
- View video or audio clips
- Participate in chat-room discussions
- Post work and comment on other classmates' work
Each professor decides how he or she wants to use Blackboard for his or her classes.
