BIOL114 - Marine Biology/Lecture, Field Trips

Introduces the diversity and ecology of life in the oceans. Studies of basic physical oceanography and marine ecology precede studies of marine ecosystems such as salt marshes, kelp forests, rocky shores plankton and deep seas. Also included are the relationships of marine biology to the welfare of mankind. Prerequisites: BIOL 100, 101 or 103, and BIOL 102, or permission. Ms. Robertson/Offered every year.
