MGMT262 - Business Ethics and Law

The purpose of this course is to provide students with knowledge about the legal framework under which U.S. businesses operate and with an understanding of the ethical foundations of business decisions. An appreciation of the complex interactions between ethics and the law is the goal. The course will examine such topics as product safety, privacy, human rights, advertising, bribery, media, community relations and diversity. Fulfills the values perspective. Prerequisite: Seniors only. Staff/Offered every spring semester
