MGMT260 - Applying the Art and Science of Management

This course serves as a complement to MGMT100, in that it offers a multidisciplinary and cross-functional consideration of the firm in its environment. The purpose of the course is two-fold: to give students various opportunities to integrate and apply the knowledge gained in the management major and to introduce students to the field of business strategy. In this course, students will focus on the development of professional skills and will complete a community service project. This course is required for all majors, serves as a capstone and must be taken during the senior year. Prerequisites: MGMT210, 230, 240, 250; seniors only. Offered every spring semester.
