PHYS160
- Classical Mechanics/Lecture, Discussion
PHYS160 and 161 constitute an introduction to the concepts of classical physics at the intermediate level. Topics include particle and rigid body dynamics in inertial and noninertial reference frames. The necessary mathematical methods are introduced and applied. Prerequisites: MATH131 and PHYS111 or 121. Mr. Colonna-Romano, Mr. Mukhopadhyay/Offered in alternate years.
