- Environmental Chemistry/Lecture, Laboratory
Focuses on chemistry related to environmental problems, with emphasis on aquatic chemistry and aquatic and air pollution. Equilibrium theory is developed as a model for aquatic chemistry and chemical analyses of local aquatic systems are conducted in the laboratory according to EPA procedures. Prerequisite: CHEM102, CHEM103, or advanced placement. In-class and final exams, laboratory reports. Mr. Greenaway/Offered every year
